About the event
Join us for a Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) Workshop designed for beef producers, farm managers, and anyone involved in cattle handling and care and seeking BQA certification or recertification. This interactive session covers best practices for animal welfare, proper animal handling, herd health management, and food safety. Participants will learn practical, science-based techniques to reduce stress on cattle, prevent injury, improve recordkeeping, and ensure responsible use of animal health products. Each producer must be recertified every 3 years.
